    Who We Are: Rescue Leftover Cuisine is a 501(c)3 nonprfit that redistributes events food

    Each day, thousands of people – people just like you – provide compassionate care to those in need. Our network of generous donors, volunteers and employees share a mission of preventing and relieving suffering, here at home and around the world. We roll up our sleeves and donate time, money and blood. We learn or teach life-saving skills so our communities can be better prepared when the need arises. We do this every day because the Red Cross is needed - every day..

    • Blood Donor Ambassador
      - Manage the reception process by ensuring each donor is warly greeted and the hospitality experience by offering refreshments to donors and thanking them for their contribution.
      - Commit to one 4-6 hour shift per month for six months.

    • Disaster Action Team
      - Provide support and assistance to individuals and families who have been impacted by a home fire
      - Support indludes psychological first aid, a care kit and ensuring that they have a roof over their heads for the next few days, money, and help getting connected to other resources.

    • Disaster Health Services Team
      - Provision of disaster health services to individual clients, including client assessment, provision of hands-on care per scope of license for RN and LPN/LVN or provide care as delegated by RN and LPN/LVN, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), coordination of personal assistance services, education, assistance to replace medications, durable medical equipment (DME) or consumable medical supplies (CMS).
